劇情介紹:
30多年前，鳳凰集團老闆葉松年強暴了女職員鄭文玉，當時鄭文玉已經懷了丈夫的孩子。幾個月後，文玉與松年的二姨太素貞，在醫院同時產下女兒，因為護士的疏忽，兩女身份對調，文玉發現自己的女兒患有先天性心髒病，為了讓女兒將來有更好的醫藥照料，加上對鬆年的怨恨，她決定將錯就錯。於是，兩個女嬰：葉予晨、方宋喬就此身份對調，在兩個迥然不同的環境長大。
鄭文玉把對葉松年的恨移嫁在方宋喬身上，動輒打罵，注定了方宋喬的悲苦童年。方宋喬默默承受，成長後當上了律師。老年的松年，進入半退休狀態，將公司交給幹妹妹蔣若琳打理，兒子仁孝、仁義、和若琳的兒子仁德都在公司任職，予晨也是其中的一個部門助理總裁。一家人表面相處融洽，其實都在覷覦松年的位子，希望得到松年的重用，拿到集團的管理大權。予晨從小在這樣一個鉤心鬥角的環境里長大，造成了她積極求存的性格……
方宋喬小時候與一個年齡相仿的男生孫捷有過一段不尋常的邂逅。孫捷的父親孫南海是個老千，因為一次綁架案成了替死鬼，小小年紀的孫捷為了養大妹妹孫敏，養成偷竊癖，直到被葉松年收留，成為葉松年的義子，與予晨感情頗佳。
2008年，相隔二十多年，一場非禮案的小官司，讓從小被掉包的方宋喬和葉予晨再次碰頭……
