劇情簡介：
電視劇“不能結婚的男人”根據2006年在日本播出並大受歡迎的同名電視劇改編，講述的是一個固執的獨身主義男子逐漸敞開心扉的故事。經營一家建築事務所的建築師曹載熙雖然有著讓人羨慕的經濟條件和建築天賦，但因為不懂得和別人相處，從不考慮別人的感受而常常與客戶和身邊的人發生矛盾，性格怪癖的他還常常不顧旁人的眼光在餐廳裡一個人霸占六人桌享受美食。不想結婚，喜歡獨自享受生活的載熙在旁人的眼中簡直就是個怪胎。然而，鄰家女孩鄭幼珍的出現打亂了載熙原有的生活。鄭幼珍是個大學畢業剛剛踏入社會的小丫頭，家庭環境不好的她在上學期間就靠打工來賺取學費，有著透徹的經濟概念。交不起房租的幼珍借住到遠房親戚閒置的家中，跟載熙成為了鄰居。本來對載熙的生活看不順眼的幼珍在相處過程中慢慢對載熙產生了好感。幼珍交往了三年的男友泰烈本來是名牌大學的學生，但已經連續兩年從言論考試中落榜，變成了現在的無業遊民，整天無所事事的泰烈讓幼珍越來越感到不滿。性格豪爽，口才出眾的尹基蘭是載熙的大學同學，也是載熙建築事務所的合夥人。設計實力一般但卻非常擅於交際的她跟擁有建築設計天賦卻不擅於跟客戶打交道的載熙一起創業，成為建築業界的夢幻組合。泰烈因為想跟載熙學習而不顧前輩們勸阻，決定忍受載熙的怪脾氣向載熙的事務所投了簡歷，在工作的過程中泰烈跟既像姐姐又像媽媽的基蘭產生了深厚的友誼。
