劇情簡介：
2008年奧運，跆拳國手蘇麗文與宋玉麒雖然沒有拿到金牌，但是他們的跆拳道精神卻感動了全球觀眾，在當今全球金融風暴來襲、全球暖化之際，大家都在疾呼要節能減碳、改變奢華浪費的生活價值觀，學者也提出「電視傳媒」是影響閱聽眾最大的效應傳媒體，不應該只做些叫大家如何花錢買名牌或如何嫁入豪門，不符現實生活的節目內容。
在2009年這一個熱血奔騰的夏天，五個個性迥異，卻同樣血氣方剛的男孩，一個外剛內柔，滿懷理想的女孩，外加一位善用女性魅力，美艷火辣的女教練，要如何共同攜手衝破那條，通往夢想的崎嶇道路，摘下屬於他們人生中的那塊，世紀金牌。
“金牌總動員”，是S大和T大最具傳統性和歷史性的新生杯校際對抗賽。 S大跆拳道社在一片不看好聲中，完成不可能的任務，為S大摘下金牌光榮，也為跆拳道界造就出五名明日之星，”STAR ５”。這是一部”STAR ５”（簡稱S５）他們從狗熊變成英雄所寫下的奮鬥血淚史的故事……
