《學警雄心》（The Academy），香港無綫電視翡翠台勵志電視劇，於2005年4月11日至5月24日期間首播，共32集，監製黃偉聲。此劇因講述警察學校的故事，且主角都為新人，一經推出就被喻為無綫新版的《新紮師兄》.
劇情:
鍾立文（吳卓羲飾）和韋柏翹（陳鍵鋒飾）同期考入警校，二人性格迥異，話不投機，本來難成朋友。不過，二人因為同時與警校教官李文昇（苗僑偉飾）有私仇，便火速成為「戰友」，聯手對抗文昇。
日子有功，立文和柏翹隨著地獄般的艱苦訓練，不論體格和意志上都大大的強壯。立文開始認識到當警察的真正意義，學識包容同忍耐，不知不覺間，就愛上了這份公職，同時明白文昇的嚴厲其實是用心良苦。
另一邊廂，經過長期訓練及相處，柏翹和文昇了解愈益見深，文昇在教學相長下，開始釋放自己，嘗試用溫和態度跟柏翹溝通，二人關係漸露曙光。就在這個時候，柏翹從公公口中知道文昇原來是自己的親生父親，本巴不得馬上相認，但是，一方面顧慮到警校不容許父子共事規條，擔心相認會影晌文昇仕途，另一方面亦憂慮文昇態度，最後，還是把說話吞回肚裡……
及後，文昇終於知道和柏翹的父子關係，正想盡力彌補當父親的責任，向警校方面申請調職時候，卻為了協助上司追查案件而英勇殉職。這邊立文失去啟航人，頓時迷失了方向，竟欲離開警校。反看，柏翹雖然遇上喪父之痛，依然堅強，盡力克服沉痛心情，抖擻精神，不惜一切努力，激勵其他學員，要眾人完成文昇的期望……
在愛情方面，立文未入警校前，跟何花（楊怡飾）有過一夜浪漫，只是，當夜來去匆匆，雙方來不及留下聯絡，便分開了。當二人在警校再遇，對立文來說，當然更是意亂情迷…
另一方面，柏翹同富豪女學警馬靄琳（薛凱琪飾）發生感情。柏翹雖然對靄琳有意，但礙於家境懸殊，對方父母又強調反對，他不想靄琳難做，只好把感情收起，不敢追求。
及後，靄琳父親生意觸礁，經濟陷入危機，為了挽回家族面子和生意，靄琳被逼退學，下嫁富豪公子。柏翹大受打擊，身邊好友立文被他氣急，在眾人支持和鼓勵下，柏翹終於鼓起勇氣，不畏強權，過關斬將，說服靄琳父母，令他們明白成全兒女的幸福，遠遠比保住家族地位來得重要。柏翹成功打動靄琳芳心，同時與眾人完成警校２７週的艱苦訓練，一齊畢業。
